| Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Thursday is free set up day for weekend vendors. You are welcome to call or just come on
in and request a space from the manager. |
| Seasonal Market open April 1st-
October 1st weather providing. |
| Spaces are ample in size current
rate $7 a day for spaces. $9 a day if you need electric.* Manager
goes around about mid day to collect the rent. If you like to
stay for the week the rent is $64 a week. Rent is due on Sunday/Monday
the week prior to staying. Vendor rules are posted on bulletin board
near snack bar. |
| You are welcome to put up your own
tarp system. You need to have your own tables and chairs. Make sure
tarp system is secure we occasionally have high winds. |
| Overnight primitive camping
available for vendors. Tents are welcome on the weekend. No extra fee for camping
while selling
just your daily rate. |
| Permanent camping for vendors available on a
monthly basis if you bring your travel trailer or motor home. Another
option is a permanent rate to leave your tarp system up and come back
on the weekend.
With Electric to live here $64 a week*
Without Electric just leave your tarp system up $49.00 a week.*
Vendors have the option to leave a tarp system up and not have to
take it down every week. Please make sure your tarp is secure in case
of
severe weather.
Six Lakes Waste Management dumps tanks on an
optional basis on Wednesday Morning. There is a $10 fee for the
service. |

| Small storage for your goods is
available for a $10 monthly fee. |
| Onsite Porta Potties that are
cleaned weekly by Six Lakes Waist Management |
| Wireless Internet available for
vendors. No charge. |
| Bank Across the street in case you

| Friday night the snack bar offers a
dinner for vendors. Current rate is $6.00 for hometown meal. |
| Occasional auction amongst vendors
after hours. You can get rid of those wares you don't want to hold on
to. There is a small fee to submit your items to the auction. |
| During holidays for Memorial Day,
4th of July, and Labor Day the market stays open for 10 days. Often
starts the week before the holiday. Reservations recommend in
July during Dizzy Days. |
| Fireworks stand is available just before 4th of July holiday. |
| Late June the town opens up for the
Six Lakes Dizzy Days. The flea market stays open during this time. The
village has a parade and fun events. The Dizzy Days runs through the 4th
of July holiday. More information will be available soon. |
| One food stand on the premises. All
other edible goods have to be approved by the food vendor and
management. Pop and soft drinks are sold at the snack bar/food stand
only. |
| Vendors rules are listed at the
office also provided to you on the back of your receipt. Some rules
are subject to change as the market changes. |
| We are a family friendly
atmosphere. We ask you do not sell obscene or pornographic material.
We appreciate your corporation. Fire arms, Ammo, and Fireworks are
subject to inspection. |
| Pets are welcome on a leash. Please
clean up after your pets. |
| We have a dumpster for leftover
trash. We appreciate if you clean your space and pick up after
yourself. Boxes are to be broken down. We do not have a clean up
committee so we appreciate your cooperation. We thank you! |
| Neatness and Tidiness is important.
Pick up your trash. If you are permanent keep your place looking nice.
Tarps need to be all grey in a uniform matter in the permanent section. Nice looking atmosphere
encourages more friendly customer setting. Your cooperation is
appreciated. |
| Sorry there are no rain checks, but
some people do shop during the rain. A tarp system is recommended to
protect your goods. |
